Most orders usually ship via USPS First Class Mail within 1 – 2 business days after we receive your cleared payment thru PayPal. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and legal holidays. Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes about 3-6 business days for the Postal Service to deliver your package. Please note that you may not receive a tracking number, because many of our items are just priced too low to be able to pay for tracking. But your order is guaranteed to be shipped within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted on the item page), and is guaranteed to arrive safely at the address provided to us by eBay. Due to customs delays and international transit time, international orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered. Our returns department will process and inspect your returned items for signs of wear (please make sure they still look brand new), and will promptly issue a PayPal refund within 7 days. In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives broken or damaged, rest assured that we will promptly issue a replacement or full refund (whichever you prefer).
